In our innovative extrusion plant, we have perfected the method of yarn creation. Having learned and mastered the art of creating beautiful yarns, we established a vertical manufacturing environment within our Reidsville fabric formation facility.
It shortens our lead time
By producing internally, we’re not depending on a supplier who serves several different customers. Our yarns can be produced whenever we want, and plans can be adjusted easier to serve you better and quicker.
It can take any color
As we create our own yarns, we can also decide on their specific color. This way, we make sure that every fabric we create for you, is entirely made to your liking.
It’s the most ecological option
Producing internally eliminates thousands of miles of transport per yarn cone. On top of that, yarn extrusion is one of the most ecological yarn production processes, thanks to lower water and energy use. This makes our own extrusion plant an important part of Act for Home Textiles, our global sustainability program that we share with all sister companies within the Love Home Fabrics group.
